表面活性剂是商用洗涤剂的主要成分,由于具有洗涤性能、吸湿性、渗透性、溶解性、分散性、润滑性、抗静电性、杀菌性和防锈性等多种性能,被广泛应用于各种工业和制药领域。非离子表面活性剂具有亲水基团,即使溶解在水中也不会离子化。由于它几乎不受水硬度和电解质的影响,因此可以与所有其他表面活性剂一起使用。鉴于其性质,非离子表面活性剂的使用量急剧增加,并指出了其对环境的影响。自2003年以来,非离子表面活性剂一直是《水质控制标准》的检测项目。这一次,使用具有二氧化硅NH2柱的ELSD检测器在HILIC模式下测量和分析作为非离子表面活性剂样品的Triton X-100和 Polyethylene Glycol 400。UASGOApplication Note 2/3Application NoteAnalysis of Cyclodextrines in Green Tea using HPLC-ELSD Analysis of Cyclodextrines in Green Tea using HPLC-ELSD Surfactants are well known as a main constituent of commercial detergent a nd is widely used in various in d ustrial and pharmaceutical f ield s due to various capabilities such as washing performance, moisture absorbency, osmosis, solubility, dispersibility,lubr i c i ty, antistatic ability , bactericidal property and anti -rust property. Nonionic surfactants have hydrophilic groups which are not ionized even when dissolved in water . Since it is hardly aff e cted by water hardness and electrolytes, it can be used together with all other surfactants. Consider i ng its nature , the usage of nonionic surfactants have i ncre a sed dram a tically and its affect on the environment has been pointed out. Since 2003,nonionic surfactants have been the test i tem for Water Quality Control Standards. This time , Triton X-100 and Polyethylene Glycol 400 as no n ionic surfactant samples were measured and analyzed using an ELSD detector with Sil i ca NH2 column in HILIC mode.
