采用顶空固相微萃取-全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱联用法,对水样 1(珠江水)和进行分析水样 2(池塘水),一次检测得到水质样品中挥发性有机物组分全貌。水样 1(珠江水)共检测到 531 个组分。包含 9 种卤代烃,5 种硫化物,4 种含氮化合物,98 种芳烃,20 种含氧芳烃以及 4 种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。对水样 2(池塘水)共检测到 239 个组分。包含 5 种卤代烃,16 种硫化物,5种含氮化合物,33 种芳烃,14 种含氧芳烃以及 24 种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。

广州禾信仪器股份有限公司 基于顶空固相微萃取-全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱联用法的珠江水和池塘水样中挥发性成分分析 2019.04 一、实验仪器及样品 1、 设备1:全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用仪(禾信 GGT 0610)。 2、 设备2:全自动多功能在线前处理进样平台(CTC PAL RTC)。 3、 样品:水样1(采自珠江某码头,江面较多多只););水样2(采自广州某城中村,水体富营养化长满浮萍,有臭味); lug/mL 正构烷烃(C7-C30)。 图1实验仪器实物图 二、实验条件 a) 前处理进样平台条件: 采用65um PDMS/DVB萃取头,量量8mL 水样于固相微萃取样品瓶中,萃取前老化时间为 15min,老化温度为260℃,孵化时间为 30min,孵化温度为60℃,振摇速度为 350rpm, 萃取时间为 30min,解析时间为180s,解析温度为250℃。 b)色谱条件: 采用前进样口,温度为250℃,不分流进样;全二维第一根色谱柱为 BPX5(60mx0.25mmx0.25um),调制器条件见c),第二根色谱柱为 DB-wax(1.5m×0.1mmx0.1um),载气为氦气,色谱柱恒定流量为1.5mL/min ;柱箱采用程序升温,起始温度为40℃,保持3min, 以3℃/min 升温到240℃,保持3min, 共72.67min;检测器为 EI-TOFMS(具体条件见d)。 c) 全二维气相调制器条件: 调制柱为 HV 调制柱(1.2mx0.25 mm),调制周期为5s,其中解析时间为1s;N2补偿气为 0.15 MPa,同步 GC 升温程序,调制器进口比柱箱高30℃,调制器出口比柱箱高120℃。 d)飞行时间质谱条件: 接口温度为250℃,离子源温度为230℃,灯丝2发射电流150uA, 电离能为70eV, MCP 电压为-1650V,采集质量范围为40-500amu,阈值设为50,采集速度为100谱/秒,不设溶剂延迟。 三、数据处理方法 1. 数据采集完成后,采用全二维数据处理工作站软件 Canvas 载入数据,,自动绘制全二维 TIC 轮廓图,并对图中信噪比大于3的峰自动识别,标识出的每一个峰点即代表一种化合物,每个化合物由一对保留时间确定,X轴方向为第一维保留时间(min), Y轴方向为第二维保留时间(s)。 2. 峰列表给出了化合物详细的定性结果,每一个化合物和 NIST 谱库做匹配,结合匹配度、RI指数以及质谱图实际情况,将可能的化合物列入峰列表。 3. 根据组分的官能团进行组分化合物种类统计,统计各个族的组分个数; 四、结果分析 4.1水样1(珠江水) 水样1的全二维气相色谱 TIC 轮廓图如图2,珠江水样共检测到531个组分,定性结果见下表2。包含9种卤代烃,5种硫化物,4种含氮化合物,98种芳烃,20种含氧芳烃以及4种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。其中峰面积百分比大于0.5%的化合物共有36种,见下表1。 图2水样1全二维色谱 TIC轮廓图 表1水样1主要化合物列表 合物,98种芳烃,20种含氧芳烃以及4种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。其中峰面积百分比大于0.5%的化合物共有36种。 2.对水样2(池塘水)共检测到239个组分。包含5种卤代烃,16种硫化物,5种含氮化合物,33种芳烃,14种含氧芳烃以及24种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。其中峰面积百分比大于1%的化合物共有25种。 采用顶空固相微萃取-全二维气相色谱飞行时间质谱联用法,对水样 1(珠江水)和进行分析水样 2(池塘水),一次检测得到水质样品中挥发性有机物组分全貌。水样 1(珠江水)共检测到 531 个组分。包含 9 种卤代烃,5 种硫化物,4 种含氮化合物,98 种芳烃,20 种含氧芳烃以及 4 种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。对水样 2(池塘水)共检测到 239 个组分。包含 5 种卤代烃,16 种硫化物,5种含氮化合物,33 种芳烃,14 种含氧芳烃以及 24 种萜烯及萜烯含氧化合物,其余化合物主要为含氧的醇、醛、酮、酯类及脂肪烃。
