Whenone suffers from anemia, a disease causedby iron failure in the body, ferritin levels firstdecrease followed by decreases in serumiron and hemoglobin levels. This protein isalso a promising cancer marker. Among thedevice-fabrication processes which haverecently become matters of concern is thefabrication process of novel nanostructuresby bottom-up-type nanotechnology, knownas a bio-nanoprocess, which involves theuse of bio-mineralization the phenomenonof aggregation-based crystal growth ofinorganic substances contained in nucleicacids and proteins. Method Analyzer: SZ-100 Measurement Temperature: 25.0 degree CSample: Ferritin Results The measurement result offferritinnanoparticles is shown in Fig. 2. The zetapotential of this sample was -35.0 mV.There appears in the graph a measurementof the zeta potential of the sample in aTris-Hcl buffer’ solution.*Theferritinmeasured in this experiment has nothing todo with the picture of Fig. 1.
