As shown i n the i mages，t h e samples we r e set a t t h e center of the prism. Peaks der i ved from Amide l， I l are detected around 1640 cm -a n d 1550cm - i n the h uma n eye l as h IR spectrum， which means t h at main componen t of human eyelash is prote i n. The spec t rum of the false eyelash IR is different from human's，and i nd i cates the existence of a synthetic f i ber. In general， the appl i cation of non-destructive analyt i cal tech n iques f or mic r o samples i s very importan t for foreig n material analysi s ， cr i mi n al i n vestiga ti on an d false lab e lin g . This note s hows that ATR PRO ONE VIEW is hig h ly effe ctive for non-destruc t ive mic r o sample analysis in a variety of app l ica t ion fie l ds.
