When a sample is exposed to infrared radiation, the dipole moment will be excited by absorbing the radiation with a specific wavelength. The vibrational energy will be excited from the ground state to the excited state.Unlike dispersive spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) contains many frequencies of light at once and measure absorption. Next, the beam contains a different combination of frequencies of light and repeat it. After repeating several times, the raw data will be processed to resulting data cm-1, wavenumber.This process is called the Fourier Transform.

Ellipsometry

Ellipsometry is an optical method to derive the dielectric properties of thin films. Polarized incident light is reflected obliquely from the surface of the sample to generate ellipse of polarization reflected light in terms of amplitude ratio and phase difference, which is measured by a spectroscopic ellipsometer. Information about composition, roughness, thickness, doping concentration and other material characters can be yielded through it. Intrinsic physical properties of thin films can also be studied by the temperature dependence of ellipsometry.

DiamondAnvilCell

Diamond Anvil Cell (DAC) is an experimental component that generates extreme pressure by compressing a small piece of material with two opposing diamonds. The pressure can normally go up to 100-200 GPa. The goal of this technique is to simulate the deep inside planet environment to synthesize materials and observe phases that don’t happen under normal ambient atmosphere. The sample is able to be viewed through diamonds and also allows optical measurements, such as X-ray diffraction, Mössbauer, and photoluminescence. Commonly, the sample can be heated by resistance heating up to 1000 °C or laser heating up to 5700 °C. DAC experiments also can be operated at cryogenic temperatures for different purposes.

Parahydrogen

Parahydrogen is one of two magnetic forms of hydrogen gas (H2). It’s commonly used to increase the sensitivity of NMR and MRI measurements. Molecular hydrogen consists of two atoms. Each of the atoms has a spinning nucleus. Based on the direction of the nuclear spin, there are two types of hydrogens. If the spins of the two hydrogen nuclei are aligned, it’s orthohydrogen. If the spins are opposed, it’s parahydrogen.In general, hydrogens is an equilibrium mixture of ortho- and para-hydrogen. There is a tiny energy difference between the two magnetic states.

近日我司在中国科学技术大学顺利完成美国ARS（ADVANCED RESEARCH SYSTEMS）公司的超高真空型低温恒温器验收工作，该款低温恒温器为完全无液氦系统，搭配客户超高真空腔室使用，可实现低温下三维移动及旋转，真空度可达10-9pa，配备额外305mm延长冷指，最低温度4.6K。

我司在中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院顺利完成美国ARS超低振动超紧凑型低温恒温器验收工作

近日我司在中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院顺利完成美国ARS（ADVANCED RESEARCH SYSTEMS）超低振动超紧凑型低温恒温器验收工作，该款超低振动低温恒温器为完全无液氦系统，超级紧凑的尾端结构只有19mm, 可实现电磁铁的最大磁场，特制的三维支架可实现样品的三维精密移动，是显微磁光测试的首选。

X-4大样品腔闭循环低温恒温器

X-4大样品腔闭循环恒温器拥有不锈钢结构和仪表群，并有更大的样品空间，可放置金刚石压砧或其他大体积样品。标准的真空罩有4个窗口位置，底部可加第五个窗口位置。 X-4系列恒温器可配备DE-202或DE-204系列冷头，根据客户需要可选择4K，5.5K，10K不同型号。

X-3管状闭循环低温恒温器

The OmniplexTM, DE210*F-GMX-19OP, is a top loading optical cryostat with the ARS manufactured DE-210 cryocooler for high cooling power and fast cooldown. The helium vapor is particularly useful for cooling samples that do not conduct heat well. The ARS OmniplexTM systems features large optical access and quick sample change. The OmniplexTM comes with 4 window ports and with warm and cold windows. The sample stick can use any of the standard ARS sample holders as well as receive a second set of temperature control instrumentation for fine tuning of the sample temperature. The system allows for a fast intial cooldown (~90 min to 20K and 2 1/2 hrs to base temperature).

A Hall Element is a magneto-electric transducer which utilizes the Hall Effect to measure or sense a magnetic field perpendicular to the Element. AKM Hall Elements typically have 4 pins, 2 input pins and 2 output pins, and can be driven by either a voltage or a current source. The output is a Hall voltage that is proportional to the magnetic field. The output from a Hall Element is analog and typically requires additional amplification. AKM uses four different semiconductor materials in its Hall Elements. These different materials represent AKM’s 4 different series of part numbers. The different materials provide different performance characteristics (magnetic sensitivity represented by electron mobility and band gap, operating voltage, temperature sensitivity, etc.) allowing the design engineer to choose the best solution for the particular application.
