PhotoelectricEffect

When light illuminates a material, due to the energy transfer from the light to the carriers in materials, electrons will be ejected from the surface. This effect is called the photoelectric effect, and the emitted electrons are called photoelectrons. According to experiments, the results show that only the light that exceeds the threshold frequency can generate photoelectrons. Below that threshold, no electrons are emitted from materials. That threshold is called the work function, which is attributed to the electron binding energy. The photoelectric effect experiments are commonly performed on quantum devices for characterization at cryogenic temperatures.

近日我司在中国科学技术大学顺利完成美国ARS（ADVANCED RESEARCH SYSTEMS）公司的超高真空型低温恒温器验收工作，该款低温恒温器为完全无液氦系统，搭配客户超高真空腔室使用，可实现低温下三维移动及旋转，真空度可达10-9pa，配备额外305mm延长冷指，最低温度4.6K。

X-2XRD闭循环低温恒温器

X-2专用于X光衍射实验。这些系统具有铍圆顶(DMX-2D),铍窗或Kapton窗。 DE-202冷头质量轻便,配以定制的仪表群使得该恒温器广泛应用于测角仪及衍射仪。该系统通常与Huber 和Newport 测角仪及Bruker 衍射仪配合使用。 Huber 512.12恒温器支架可与 CS202*G-DMX-2D恒温器无缝集成。

LT3-OM显微型连续流低温恒温器

The CS210*F-GMX-20 pairs our largest cryocooler, the DE-210, with our X-20 Ultra Low Vibration interface to offer unprecedented cooling power at nanometer vibration levels. The CS210*F-GMX-20 uses a Helium Exchange Gas to decouple the sample space from the cold tip of the DE210 Cryocooler. This prevents almost all vibration from being transmitted to the sample. Because the exchange gas is inherently less efficient than cooling by conduction, t the base temperature of the sample may be ~1K higher than the cryocooler. Additionally the GMX-20 interface requires the cold tip down orientation to facilitate convective cooling of the exchange gas.

The CS204*F-DMX-20 opens up a wide range of possibilities never before possible with a closed cycle cryocooler. The DE204*F-DMX-20 uses a Helium Exchange Gas to decouple the sample from the cold tip of the DE204 Cryocooler. This prevents almost all vibration from being transmitted to the sample. Sample vibration levels of 3-5nm have been demonstrated by users. Due to the exchange gas being less conductive, the base temperature will increase by 1-2K and the cooling Capacity is roughly cut in half at varying temperatures.

The LT4-DMX-1AL is our lowest cost liquid flow cryostat, for optical and elecitrical experiments. The LT4 works with either Liquid Helium or Liquid Nitrogen. The LT4 utilizes a standard transfer line and cold tip. In order to upgrade to our coaxial shield flow transfer line and angstrom level vibrations, you need to take a look at the high performance LT3-WMX-1SS.

Like all of our LT3 helium flow cryostats, the LT3B is an advanced liquid helium flow cryostat utilizing many unique features, such as the matrix heat exchanged and the coaxial shield flow transfer line to achieve unparalleled efficiency and ultra low vibration levels. The combination of True UHV and angstrom level vibrations makes the LT3B ideal for low temperature STM application. For UHV surface science where very long cold fingers are required we have the LT3M with customizable length up to 1200 mm and rigid support tube to allow for cleaving and manipulation.

CPC-XXXX-27-BP2

The CPC-XXXX-27-BP2 series of Current Probe Clips are capable of measuring ac and dc current and are available in four different models with current ranges of ±250A ±500A, ±1000A, or ±2000A. They have an accuracy of +/-1.0% of full scale and non-linearity of <+/- 0.2%. The bandwidth is dc to 75kHz. The current probe provides an analog output voltage of 0.0V +/- 2.00V for the full scale output and operates with a 3.5 to 5.5V power source at less than 85mA.

CPCO-XXXX-160

The CPCO Series (160mm aperture) Current Probes are Clamp On current sensors capable of measuring ac and dc currents. The Current Probe splits along a diameter allowing easy installation to existing cables without having to break the connection. A captive screw is used rather than a clip to ensure consistent closure under mechanical loading or vibration.

SE Option - The SE stands for Single Ended and the output voltage from the CPCO will have a quiescent output voltage of 5.0V when there is no primary current (IPRI=0A). As the primary current (IPRI) increases in a positive direction, the output voltage will increase to the maximum level of 10.0V at IPRI=IPSAT. When the primary current increases in the negative direction, the output voltage will decrease toward 0.0V at IPRI=-IPSAT

The Ametes Bus Bar DC Current Sensor locates two magnetic field sensors on each side of an electric current bus bar. Two Sentron CSA-1VG precision Hall Effect IC sense the magnetic field as a function of current on both sides of the bus bar. This enables effective cancellation of external magnetic fields without magnetic cores or shielding which can give rise to non-linearity and hysteresis effects.
