X-3管状闭循环低温恒温器尾部为管状结构,尾部空间可以设计得更加紧凑,适合插入更狭小的空间,如超导磁体或电磁铁中,非常适合磁化率或霍尔测试。另外X-3恒温器没有光学窗口,减少了热辐射,降温更快。

X-3恒温器的尾部可以根据客户要求定制成不锈钢或铝制材质。

X-3系列恒温器可配备DE-202、DE-204或DE-210系列冷头,根据客户需要可选择4K,5.5K,10K不同型号。

The A56-230 is a high speed VCSEL driver IC designed for directly modulated VCSELs in fiber optic transmission systems. The VCSEL driver IC is designed to directly modulate common-cathode VCSEL. Diamond Anvil Cell (DAC) is an experimental component that generates extreme pressure by compressing a small piece of material with two opposing diamonds. The pressure can normally go up to 100-200 GPa. The goal of this technique is to simulate the deep inside planet environment to synthesize materials and observe phases that don’t happen under normal ambient atmosphere. The sample is able to be viewed through diamonds and also allows optical measurements, such as X-ray diffraction, Mössbauer, and photoluminescence. Commonly, the sample can be heated by resistance heating up to 1000 °C or laser heating up to 5700 °C. DAC experiments also can be operated at cryogenic temperatures for different purposes.

Parahydrogen is one of two magnetic forms of hydrogen gas (H2). It’s commonly used to increase the sensitivity of NMR and MRI measurements. Molecular hydrogen consists of two atoms. Each of the atoms has a spinning nucleus. Based on the direction of the nuclear spin, there are two types of hydrogens. If the spins of the two hydrogen nuclei are aligned, it’s orthohydrogen. If the spins are opposed, it’s parahydrogen.In general, hydrogens is an equilibrium mixture of ortho- and para-hydrogen. There is a tiny energy difference between the two magnetic states.

Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR)/electron spin resonance (ESR) is an important method to study unpaired electrons in organic and inorganic radicals, transition metal complexes, and some biomolecules.When paramagnetic compounds with unpaired electron spins are under magnetic fields and electromagnetic waves, normally in the microwave range of frequency, the transition between spin states is induced. The measurement is generally carried out with constant frequency, while the magnetic field varies. EPR/ESR spectrometer measures the absorption of electromagnetic radiation. Due to the short relaxation times of electron spins, EPR/ESR must be performed at cryogenic temperatures.

Bruker manufactures the X-ray diffraction equipment and user references are given at the end of this note. The ARS cryocooler permits the user to characterize the samples over a very large temperature range with out the need for liquid helium. ARS has supplied the cryocooler to customers with the D-500 and D-5000 system. Bruker has incorporated the cryostat to the newer D-8. This is available directly from Bruker. The ARS design has the advantage of placing the cryocooler through the bore of the diffractometer and bolting the cryocooler to the sample mounting flange of the diffractometer. The sample holder extends out the front of the machine to align with the x-Ray beam.

The DE204*F-DMX-20-OM is our Ultra Low Vibration Closed Cycle Cryostat for Optical Micrscopy applications such as MicroRaman and Micro Photoluminescence. The DE204*F-DMX-20-OM uses a Helium Exchange Gas to decouple the sample from the cold tip of the DE204 Cryocooler. This pre-vents almost all vibration from being transmitted to the sample. Sample vibrations of 3-5 nm have been demonstrated by users. Due to the exchange gas being less conductive, the base temperature will increase by 4-5K and the cooling capacity is roughly cut in half at varying temperatures.

The CS204*F-DMX-20B opens up a wide range of possibilities never before possible with a closed cycle cryocooler. The ARS manufactured DMX-20B interface, like our “B” series cold heads is a True UHV System (10-11 Torr) where all of the rubber o-ring seals have been replaced with welded joings and metal seals. A CF flange is The DE204*F-DMX-20B uses a Helium Exchange Gas to decouple the sample from the cold tip of the DE204 Cryocooler. This prevents almost all vibration from being transmitted to the sample. Sample vibration levels of 3-5nm have been demonstrated by users. The AKM EM-3242 Non-Contact Angle Position Sensing IC is a very small, low cost and easy to use angle position sensor with a continuous 360 degree range. The EM-3242 provides an absolute position output which means the power can be removed then reapplied and the output will continue to have the correct angle even if the rotating magnet moved while the power was off. The device requires very little power and operates at 3V+/-10%. The EM-3242 senses the angle of magnetic field component that is parallel to the plane of the device package and provides an analog output voltage of 10% to 90% of the supply voltage for a mechanical angle range of 360 degrees of rotation. The device includes a power down ( PDN ) function which reduces the current draw to less than 10uA.

A Hall Element is a magneto-electric transducer which utilizes the Hall Effect to measure or sense a magnetic field perpendicular to the Element. AKM Hall Elements typically have 4 pins, 2 input pins and 2 output pins, and can be driven by either a voltage or a current source. The output is a Hall voltage that is proportional to the magnetic field. The output from a Hall Element is analog and typically requires additional amplification. AKM uses four different semiconductor materials in its Hall Elements. These different materials represent AKM’s 4 different series of part numbers. The different materials provide different performance characteristics (magnetic sensitivity represented by electron mobility and band gap, operating voltage, temperature sensitivity, etc.) allowing the design engineer to choose the best solution for the particular application.

Using the SPI Cure™ with a standard heating block for 1.5 snap-cap conical tubes, at temperatures from 55–59°C, we have achieved safe and complete polymerization of LR White (acrylic) and SPI Pon (epoxy) resins in both protected and unprotected BEEM® capsules as well as 00-gelatin capsules. Please note that this report concerns a novel3 adaptation of dry-block heating technology designed for molecular biological procedures.In this test, we have purposefully used only resin blanks.Finally, we report that in the case of LR White, no degradation of the material of which the BEEM® capsules are constructed has been observed in either ‘protected’ or ‘unprotected’ heating regimes. We recommend careful testing of embedding molds not specifically mentioned in this paper.
