电量法库仑滴定仪测定环己烯的溴指数含量 使用京都电子公司(KEM)-库仑法卡氏水分测定仪(MKC-520),测定环己烯溴指数含量的应用资料。库仑法卡氏水分测定仪(MKC-520)不仅可以应用在测量水分含量,也可以应用在测试溴値和溴指数。 符合下列标准规范: ASTM D1492 -13 Standard Test Method for Bromine Index of Aromatic Hydrocarbons by Coulometric Titration(库仑计滴定法测定芳烃溴指数的测定方法)。 SH/T 0630-1996 石油产品溴价、溴指数测定法(电量法)。 石油产品溴值、溴指数测定仪(MKC-520) 主要特点: 1. 大型液晶显示屏幕,清晰显示所需的讯息。 2. 符合SH/T 0630和ASTM D1492。 3. 内置隔膜式双液试剂电解电极,可选无隔膜式单液试剂电解电极。 4. 可测定石油产品和芳烃类产品的溴价和溴指数。 5. 可选加搅拌器和测量池,扩充至两组单元,方便不同试样测定。 6. 符合优良实验室和良好作业的标准规范程序。 7. 可选择使用中文或英文的操作界面。

With MKC-520, measurement of cyclohexene to determine bromine index resulted withprecise agreement with theoretical value and repeatability within 1%. -Equipment- Main unit : Coulometric KF moisture titratorMKC-520 Electrode:Twin Pt electrode M-713Inner cell (#433-0006) -REagent- Anolyte : mixture of acetic acid 600mL, methanol 260mL,1M-potassium bromide140mL Catholyte : 0.2M-potassium chloride Catholyte : 0.2M-potassium chloride -Method- Pretreatment ① AAdded 100mL 0.801g(Wt1) cyclohexene to a flask, and diluted with tolune up Pretreatment ① AAdded 100mL 0.801g(Wt1) cyclohexene to a flask, and diluted with tolune upto the line and weighed at (wt2:86.605g). ② Added 5mL of solution to 100mL flask, and diluted with tolune up to the line.③ Theoretical value of bromine index of the sample was obtained from the eq:Theoretical value=194600xwt1/wt2×100/5=90.0(mg/100g) Preparation ①Added anolyte to titration cell and catholyte to the inner cell. ② After 1mL sample was added, ran Pre-Titration to stabilize drift.
