陶粒砂体积密度测定仪

标准：

ISO1350-2  API RP60 Q/SY 124-2007 SY/T 5108-2006 QSY 125-2007 

体积密度：

单位堆积体积的支撑剂质量称为支撑剂体积密度；单位堆积体积的陶粒质量称为陶粒的体积密度，是包含陶粒本身、开口气孔和闭口气孔三部分的平均密度。单位是g/mL

Bulk density:

The mass of proppant per unit bulk volume is called proppant bulk density; the mass of ceramsite per unit bulk volume is called the bulk density of ceramsite, which is the average density of three parts including the ceramsite itself, open pores and closed stomata. The unit is g/mL

仪器技术：

1. 漏斗上口到桶状容器底板仪器台面总高304.8mm；

   支撑剂下落点起到一仪器台面的距离215.9mm；

2. 漏斗高76.2mm；漏斗口高12.7mm；桶状容器高76.2mm；

   仪器台面宽度=30.48mm。
   胶皮堵球直径=30.48mm；

3.不锈钢支架架直径=4.8mm；桶状容积直径38.1mm；

4.漏斗顶部外径=139.7mm；漏斗顶部内径=114.3mm；

5.漏斗和量杯为不锈钢材质.

Instrument technology:

1. The total height of the instrument table from the top of the funnel to the bottom of the barrel-shaped container is 304.8mm;

The distance between the drop point of the proppant and the surface of an instrument is 215.9mm;

2. The height of the funnel is 76.2mm; the height of the funnel mouth is 12.7mm; the height of the barrel-shaped container is 76.2mm;

The width of the instrument table = 30.48mm.

Rubber plugging ball diameter = 30.48mm;

3. The diameter of the stainless steel stent = 4.8mm; the diameter of the barrel-shaped volume is 38.1mm;

4. The outer diameter of the top of the funnel=139.7mm; the inner diameter of the top of the funnel=114.3mm;

5.The funnel and measuring cup are made of stainless steel.

 配置

测试方法：

1.保证支撑剂样品充分混合，经缩分器缩分成具有代表性样品约200g。将支撑剂倒入BD三角架中的漏斗中，拉开胶皮球，待支撑剂样品落满桶装容器后，用尺子沿容器顶部一次刮平。  

2.用天平称得容器内的支撑剂样品的质量W。到0.001g。

3.计算支撑剂体积密度： BD（g/cc）=质量/100 

testing method:

1. Ensure that the proppant sample is fully mixed, and is reduced into a representative sample of about 200g by the dividing device. Pour the proppant into the funnel in the BD tripod, pull out the rubber ball, and after the proppant sample fills the barrel container, use a ruler to level the top of the container once.

2. Weigh the mass W of the proppant sample in the container with a balance. To 0.001g.

3. Calculate the proppant bulk density: BD (g/cc) = mass/100
