塑料流动性测试仪

测量原理：

以已知质量或体积的试样流出规定尺寸的漏斗所用的时间来表示.

Measuring principle:

It is expressed as the time it takes for a sample of known mass or volume to flow out of a funnel of a specified size.

概述：

塑料流动性测试仪是通过测量粉末或粒状塑料流出漏斗的时间来测定其流动性。由方法A可获得与加工性能相关的信息，而方法B则是专为生产期间过程控制而设计的. 粉末流动性能是粉末涂料一个非常重要的特征，成品粉末的流动性与粉末的比重，粒度分布，松散度及生产工艺等密切相关。 

Overview:

The plastic fluidity tester measures the time it takes for powder or granular plastic to flow out of the funnel to determine its fluidity. Method A can obtain information related to processing performance, while method B is specially designed for process control during production. Powder flowability is a very important feature of powder coatings. The fluidity of the finished powder is related to the specific gravity and particle size of the powder. Distribution, looseness and production technology are closely related.

测试方法:

1.用关闭装置封闭漏斗出口，向漏斗内倒入(150士1)g试料，试料应沿漏斗内壁倒人，以防压实迅速打开关闭装置，但不要引起振动，同时开始计时，当漏斗空了的时候，即从漏斗的顶部一看到漏斗的出口就停止计时，读取流出时间，精度要达到0.1S

2.在同样条件下用新试料做三次测定，每次测定后，清除漏斗内表面粘附的残余树脂

3.如果由于静电原因使材料不能流出，应加入经相关方认可的适量的抗静电剂重新进行测试，并在测试报告中记录
