Do not use our lyophylisate directly in the toxicity test but use cells grown by your own from the DSM ampoule! (Medium 246 or 514, rehydrate and grow cells from ampoule in liquid medium first. Subsequent subculturing may be carried out on agar or in liquid media, 20-25°C).
