保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

AP2关联激酶1抗体产品介绍 AAK1 phosphorylates the AP2M1/mu2 subunit of the adaptor protein complex 2 (AP-2). It may play a role in regulating aspects of clathrin-mediated endocytosis. Note=Active when found in clathrin-coated pits at the plasma membrane (By similarity).

Function : Phosphorylates the AP2M1/mu2 subunit of the adaptor protein complex 2 (AP-2). May play a role in regulating aspects of clathrin-mediated endocytosis.

Subunit : Interacts with alpha-adaptin, AP-2, clathrin, NUMB andEPS15 isoform 2. Interacts with membrane-bound activated NOTCH1 butnot with the inactive full-length form of NOTCH1. Preferentiallyinteracts with monoubiquitinated activated NOTCH1 compared to thenon-ubiquitinated form.
