保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

α2C-AR肾上腺素能受体抗体产品介绍 alpha2C-adrenergic receptors (alpha2C-AR) regulate neurotransmitter release from sympathetic nerves in the heart, and from adrenergic neurons in the central nervous system. alpha2C-AR can influence Parkinson’s disease, panic disorders, and Huntington disease (HD) progression. A genetic variant in the alpha2C-AR coding region (Del322-325) renders the receptor partially uncoupled from Gi, and is a contributing risk factor for heart failure. alpha2C-AR transcripts are present in rat muscle, heart, pancreas, and kidney.

Function : The alpha 2C Adrenergic Receptor controls the release of neurotransmitter from central adrenergic neurons and from sympathetic nerves in the heart. This receptor also plays a role in cognitive and behavioral function. Two variants are produced by alternative splicing. Alpha 2C Adrenergic Receptor has been reported extensively in the brain. Blood, corpus cavermosum, kidney, and heart tissues have also been reported to express the protein.
