保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

酰基辅酶A结合结构域蛋白6抗体产品介绍 ACBD6 belongs to the ALD subfamily, of the superfamily of ATP binding cassette (ABC) transporters and is involved in peroxisomal import of fatty acids and/or fatty acyl-CoAs in the organelle.

Function : Binds long-chain acyl-coenzyme A molecules with a strong preference for unsaturated C18:1-CoA, lower affinity for unsaturated C20:4-CoA, and very weak affinity for saturated C16:0-CoA. Does not bind fatty acids.

Subunit : Monomer.

Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm.

Tissue Specificity : Detected in placenta and spleen (at protein level). Detected in placenta, umbilical cord blood, CD34-positive hematopoietic progenitor cells and bone marrow.

Similarity : Contains 1 ACB (acyl-CoA-binding) domain.

Contains 2 ANK repeats.
