Introduction:
CITED1 (Cbp/p300-Interacting Transactivator 1) / Melanocyte-specific protein 1 is highly expressed in most of the papillary thyroid carcinoma. It is not expressed in normal tissues except normal breast epithelium. Study shows that this protein functions as a selective coactivator for estrogendependent transcription.
Description:
CITED1 Human Recombinant full length protein expressed in E.coli, shows a 47 kDa band on SDS-PAGE.
The CITED1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Escherichia Coli.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation:
CITED1 at 0.1mg/ml in 50mM Tris-acetate, pH7.5, 20% glycerol and 1mM EDTA.
Stability:
Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
