微流变技术对钻井的分析

Turbiscan Lab 浓缩体系分散稳定性分析仪
本文是一种利用 Turbiscan Lab浓缩体系分散稳定性分析仪测试拟薄水铝石悬浮液动态稳定性的新方法。测定不同条件下拟薄水铝石分散在水中的悬浮液的稳定性,着重考察了温度、PH值 、电解质 、添加剂及添加剂加入量对拟薄水铝石悬浮液稳定性的影响。

多胺破乳剂的微观破乳性能研究
利用Turbiscan Lab 分散稳定性分析仪测定了油田采出液加入多胺破乳剂的清液区、乳化区和浑浊区内颗粒的迁移速率。结果显示:采出液中颗粒的迁移速率随时间呈间歇变化且有依次降低的趋势,在26min 内可以完成主要破乳过程。清液区从底部至顶部采出液的颗粒迁移速率有由多峰向单峰或双峰过渡的趋势。在采出液加入多胺破乳剂的破乳过程中,一定要控制好多胺破乳剂的最佳加入量,有时多胺破乳剂加入量越高会使采出液中颗粒的迁移速率越低。

Shaving foam
Foams can be assimilated to gas in liquid emulsions. They are very unstable products and their life span does not exceed the few minutes of its application. In the case of shaving foams, the breaking of the product has to be sufficiently slow to enable a good protection of the skin during the shaving process. Therefore the kinetics of breaking is a fundamental parameter for the formulator. However, this characterization is very difficult to perform due to the fragility of the system. With using the Turbiscan LAb it is possible to study the kinetics of breaking of such products.
