AQ/AQV系列是用于测量水份的自动检测装置，采用库仑法/容量法，快速、高效、精确度高。
尽管这些仪器能够检测固体、液体和气体中的水份，但是有些样品不能够通过直接加入的方法检测，需要配置一些附件，如固体蒸发炉EV-2000和油类蒸发炉EV-2000L，可以将水份从样品中分离出来。当连接EV-2000时，可以检测固体和粉末样品中的水份，而且可以避免空气中水份的干扰。当连接EV-2000L时，可以精确检测出液体样品中的水份，即使含有润滑剂等干扰物质。

根据国家食品安全风险监测发现个别婴幼儿配方乳粉汞含量异常的情况，质检总局立即组织国家食品质检中心对所有婴幼儿配方乳粉生产企业的所有品种的婴幼儿配方乳粉，开展汞含量专项应急监测。
截止6月14日12时，共抽检了715个婴幼儿乳粉样品，覆盖了全部婴幼儿乳粉生产企业（其中20家企业停产未采集到样品）。
检测结果显示，除伊利集团公司所属婴幼儿乳粉生产企业的个别批次产品汞含量异常外，未发现国内其他企业生产的婴幼儿配方乳粉汞含量异常的问题。
本方案使用的是平沼公司的HG-400测汞仪，根据冷原子吸收的方法测定奶粉中的汞含量，与传统原子荧光法相比，检测下限更低，重复性好。同时整个测量过程均在仪器内部完成，含汞的尾气可以用吸收液来吸收，对环境以及操作人员更为安全。

Determination of carboxyl groups (-COOH) containing plastics or rubber is based on acid/base titration by dissolving the sample in titration solvent and then titrating with methanolic potassium
hydroxide solution. If the samples are not dissolved at room temperature, heating is necessary.

Appropriate titration solvent shall be selected according to the property of each sample.
There is a method to detect the end point with a pH electrode, however rubber or plastic samples may be very sticky and may adhere to the electrode resulting in abnormal potential reading in many
cases, so normally the end point is detected by color indicator titration.
In this report, chloroform is used as titration solvent and phenolphthalein is for indicator.

reacting with the double bond in unsaturated fatty acid. Iodine is expressed as “grams of iodine equivalent to halogen quantity of double bound (=unsaturated fatty acid) in oils and fats. As halogen,

This application note describes the Wij’s method. An excessive volume of volume of iodine chloride solution is added to react with existing double bonds quantitatively in one by one ratio.
Residual iodine chloride reacts with iodide to liberate iodine quantitatively.
