自动凝点倾点测定仪使用方法： 1、自动凝点倾点测定仪仪器开机准备： ① 将电源线插入AC220V三芯插座； ② 试验油路用石油醚清洗干净2、自动凝点倾点测定仪仪器安装： ① 打开仪器包装，检查仪器有无损坏； ② 装箱单核对仪器型号及配件； ③ 检查仪器无误后方可进入仪器调试；3、自动凝点倾点测定仪测试操作步骤：① 打开电源开关，显示屏显示《欢迎使用》图标。② 按确认键显示屏进入设置界面，按光标移动键，从左至右，从上至下，按数字选择键增加数值，直至完成所需设置的数字及日期，（如默认屏幕初始值可按确认键进入工作界面)③ 设置完成后，按确认键，进入工作显示界面，此时屏幕显示温度、时钟、气压及设定初值。将油杯盖打开，先用石油醚清洗油路，将油加满，移动光标至加压位置按确认键，加压泵工作，移动光标至注油位置，按确认键油阀开关打开油杯中的油就会自然下流，待出油口流出油为止，按确认键停止放油油阀开关关闭，次凝点试验要调解压力其调解步骤是按移动光标键为为“加压”位置按确认键，调解气压其数值为650±10Pa（在加油后，出厂以校准）④ 依次设置界面参数，完成选择至“启动”位置，接通水源按确认键，仪器进入自动工作状态，此时液晶屏显示温度、时钟、气压及设定初值。打开水源保持一定压力，如水压力达不到规定值时计算机具有提示功能。见图4⑤ 当仪器测试达到凝固点值时仪器自动检测，试验结果由打印机打印记录下试验结果。⑥ 选择到注油位置按确认键放出残油，按复位键屏幕显示返回界面。（如继续试验可重复上述步骤）⑦ 关闭电源，测试工作结束。举例：① 凝点测试：如测试-25号油样，按确认键进入设置提示界面，温度设置为-30度（或25度均可），比油标号低5度即可，油号可设置为001#，为油样序号，也可设置其它数值，大气压强可默认屏幕数值（大气压强不可设置），试验日期设当前日期，按光标移动键至启动键，按确认键仪器进入自动测试状态，当制冷深度达到设置前10度时，开始2度一加压测试，样品没有凝固仪器制冷降低2度继续测试，当油样达到凝点值时仪器自动检测试验出结果。② 柴油凝点测试方法符合“SH/T0247—92标准。操作步骤按凝点测试步骤进行，柴油凝点测试不调解压力预置制冷温度到比柴油标号低20度即可。例：柴油凝点测试：如测试10号油样，按确认键进入设置提示界面，选择柴油位置，温度设置为-30度（或25度均可），比油标号低15-20度即可，油号可设置为002#，为油样序号，也可设置其它数值，大气压强可默认屏幕数值（大气压强不可设置），试验日期设当前日期，按光标移动键至启动键，按确认键仪器进入自动测试状态，当制冷深度达到设置温度时，制冷停止开始回温测试，当油样解冻流动时即是柴油凝点值，仪器自动检测试验结果。
