MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Develop the new business and take care existed business in the designated area. ? Achieve the sales targets including sales revenue and profit growth. ? Fulfill other assigned concerning works. ? Review the customers with commercial situation on a regular basis and propose corrective solutions. ? Update customer and market information to the management. ? Ensure good communication within the organization and with other business units. ? Provide sales reports accurate and on time delivered to the regional sales manager. ? Ad-Hoc tasks signed by supervisors. SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES: ? Electrical and mechanical majority is preferred ? Good communication skill and manner ? CET4 or above ? Good written and verbal communication skill in English ? Office software ?
