报告介绍
Abstract:
Tune the metabolic drivers of immune cell potency, fate and fitness
The unique metabolic properties and liabilities of tumors are leading to fresh perspectives of how to intervene in this chronic, progressive disease. Much has been learned in the last decade about metabolic reprogramming in cancer. By applying this knowledge to infiltrating immune cells we are now beginning to appreciate the metabolic drivers of immune cell fitness, specifically stable mitochondrial function that can perhaps reverse exhaustion phenotypes by enhancing survival and function in hypoxic and nutritionally depleted tumor microenvironments
Agilent’s cell analysis portfolio uses label-free, time resolved technology to detect discrete changes in cell fate and behavior, providing a window into the critical functions driving cell signaling, proliferation, activation, toxicity and biosynthesis. Move beyond analyzing what your cells are, and reveal a clearer picture of what they do.
This talk will showcase purpose-built applications that enable real-time measures of immune cell function, fate and fitness. This tool bench provides the capability to measure, engineer and control immune cell function, thus enabling translational researchers and developers to achieve the necessary level of therapeutic potency and safety.
