ACQUITY UPLC BEH Shield RP18柱(pH2-11)

ACQUITY UPLC BEH苯基柱含有一个三键键合的苯己基配体,与其他苯基商品柱相比,它提供了行业领先的pH稳定性、批次重现性和优异的峰形。它设计用于提供相对于直链烷烃柱互补的选择性,特别是对于那些含有芳香环的分析物。
ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC柱(pH1-9)
ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC柱使用未键合BEH颗粒以提高对高极性分析物的保留能力,同时对于极性和可离子化物质的混合物提供相对于反相色谱的正交性的分离选择性。

亲水作用色谱(HILIC:Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography)自从2003年,沃特世就已经开发出创新的固定相用于亲水作用色谱分离,以克服对强极性化合物难以保留和分离的挑战性问题。基于沃特世新颖的BEH颗粒技术,ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide柱使用化学稳定耐受的、三键键合的酰胺基(Amide)键合相,从而为HILIC分离在稳定性与通用性方面又开创了新维度。
ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide柱能够使用广泛的流动相pH条件(2-11),从而可以对在极性、结构片段和pKa值性质上跨越大的极性分析物混合物实现优异的保留与分离。
碳水化合物分析
使用HILIC色谱分离的最多也是最广泛的化合物之一就是碳水化合物,例如:单糖、二糖、寡糖和多糖。ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide柱能够提供以下优势:
