近年来，环境水中的新型微量有机污染物——药物和个人护理品(pharmaceuticals and personal care products, ppcps)已引起公众和学术界的广泛关注，检测分析环境水中ppcps的挑战在于存在水体中的ppcps浓度非常低 (ng/l, ppt级别)，且污染物种类来源广泛；本文介绍了用sciex qtrap®4500液相色谱串联质谱系统建立了一套环境水中176种ppcps的筛查和定量分析方法，并获得了非常好的结果。

环境水样品的分析流程

1、176种有机污染物 (ppcps和农药) 的种类

抗生素和激素：β-内酰胺类（18），喹诺酮类（16），磺胺类(18), 大环内酯类 (11), 四环素类 (13), 激素类 (14)；

其它药品和护理品: 精神类 (15), 糖尿病类 (6), β-blocker (4), 哮喘、镇咳 (5), 兴奋剂 (4), 心血管类 (12),广谱抗菌 (7), 解热镇痛 (6), 胃酸和抗凝剂 (3)；

农药: 氨基甲酸酯类 (16), 苯氧羧酸类 (8)。

2. 样品前处理——简单、快速

水样品量需50 ml，极大地降低了spe 的上样时间；采用3 ml，60 mg 的小体积spe 柱，最后洗脱体积仅3 ml，大大降低了氮气吹干洗脱液的时间，整个样品处理过程仅需2个小时左右。

3. lc-ms/ms方法分组少，分析时间短——高通量

质谱采用电喷雾（esi）正负离子化、mrm采集方式，同一液相色谱方法，lc-ms/ms分析时间为13.5 min。

4. lc-ms/ms方法灵敏度高，筛查和定量结果可靠。

1) 与美国epa 16941方法相比，本方法具有更高的灵敏度。

2) 可快速筛查出环境水样品中未知的有机污染物。
