Rheoline Autoloader MDR
Unique patented technology enables the material under test to be kept in contact with the surface of the die and therefore eliminates the problems of slippage which other Rheometers suffer. The samples to be tested are automatically picked from a tray and placed on to a fabric belt, when the platens are closed the sample will flow around the fabric and maintain a good clean contact with the surface of the measuring die. When the test has been completed the fabric is peeled from the die removing the sample at the same time, the system is now ready to accept the next test.
The Automated MDR is currently available with a sample tray for 16 samples.
