可接触性试验MST11
目的
确定未绝缘的带电体是否会造成对人身电击的危害。
设备
设备如下:
a) 按IEC 61032下图所示的11号圆柱型试验工具。
b) 欧姆表或导通测试仪。
程序
试验程序如下:
a) 根据制造商推荐的方法安装组件并进行连线;
b) 将欧姆表或导通测试仪与组件电路连接,并连接到试验工具上;
c) 移去组件上所有不用工具就可去掉的覆盖物、插头和连接器等的部分;
d) 试验工具在所有的电连接器、插头、接线盒以及组件电路可达到的任何区域,用试验工具进行探测;
e) 在探测期间监视欧姆表或导通测试仪以确定试验装置与组件电路是否有电接触。
最终测试
无。
要求
试验过程中试验工具和组件电路之间的电阻不允许低于1M。
合格判据
试验过程中试验工具在任何时刻都不允许与任何带电体接触。
本试验在IEC 61730:2-2004图1所示的试验顺序的开始和结束时进行,但是如果有理由认为某一试验会造成带电体裸露,本试验可在试验顺序中的任何时刻加试。

该探头可用于检测对人的手指误接触危险部件保护, 也用来检测接线盒开口机械强度。

Application in VDE 0126-5 and VDE 0126-3, junction box and connector test conditions are as follows:
1. Fixing of lid at rewireable junction box - Screwless fixing of lid: Enclosures shall be tested with the test probe 11 according to IEC 61032 applied with a force of 75N for one minute to all points where this could cause a loosening of the lid. During test the lid shall not come off.
2. Protection against electric shock: Connectors shall be tested by t he IEC test finger in accordance to IEC 60529 using a test force of 20N.
