The new DNASwift SAX-1S monolith column is specifcally designed to provide high resolution, exceptionally high purity and yields of oligonu-cleotides by anion-exchange chromatography. The use of oligonucleotides in therapeutic and diagnostic research is rapidly expanding. Oli-gonucleotides for these areas of research must be of the highest purity. DNASwift monolith columns provide high resolution and capacity, resulting in superior purity and yield compared to other ion-exchange and reversed-phase columns available.
The DNASwift column is a unique porous polymer monolith support coated with function- alized latex nanobeads. These latex nanobeads (with strong anion-exchange functional groups) are similar to those of the DNAPac columns and provide exceptionally high resolution and refned selectivity control. The combination of function-alized latex nanobeads and monolith technology results in the DNASwift column having very highcapacity, exceptionally high resolution, and re-fned selectivity control, which results in superiopurity and yield of full length oligonucleotide products purifed from crude oligonucleotide samples. This makes the DNASwift column ideal for oligonucleotide therapeutic, and diagnostic research. Additionally, it provides DNASwift columns with the capability to successfully purify diffcult oligonucleotide products.
