挤出原理：

◆脂质体挤出的原理在于，通过一定的挤出动力源将脂质体样品粒子进行挤压，使其在一定压力条件下通过 PC滤膜， 此压力作为粒子过膜过程中的剪切力可使其达到粒径控制的效果。不论形态、大小和分布都可得到极大改善。

The pressure acts as the shear force in the process of the particles passing through the membrane, which can achieve the effect of particle size control. The shape, size and distribubtion can be greatly improved.

◆支撑板和滤板主要起到支撑滤膜的作用。 由于磷脂有一定的相变温度，所以在挤出之前需要对挤出器夹套通入恒温水进行预热至一定温度（50~60℃），且在使用过程中需保持在此温度。通常的脂质体品种挤出之后粒径能达到 100nm以下，PDI 能控制在 0.1 以下。
