PNDetector XRS-A (All-in-One)

The XRS-A includes all the components needed for a XRF-spectrometer in one compact device with out any compromise on performance.

It is based on hermetically closed SDD modules with ASIC preamplifier, the preamplifier electronics ( like in the XRP-A), the electronics for power supply and Peltier control (like in the supply unit XRU-A) and the DPP.
