磁翻板远传变送器

一、产品简介 product introduction

    磁翻板远传变送器，是将电阻信号转变为4～20mA的连续电流信号，通过电缆连接到二次显示仪表或控制室内，以便集中指示和观察。产品由外管、连接部件、以及变送器等组成。配套应用在磁翻板液位计上，来实现实时液位远传输出。.Magnetic float board remote transducer can convert the resistance signal into continuous current signal in 4~20mA, connecting with the second display instrument or control room via cable, in order to make the concentrated instructions and observations accordingly. The product consists of outside tube, connecting parts and transducer; with the auxiliary application on the magnetic float board fluid level gauge, it can realize remote output of real-time fluid level.

磁翻板远传变送器由变送器、插杆等组成,通过卡箍固定在磁翻板液位计上。当磁翻板液位计内部浮球变化时，由于磁性作用，磁翻板远传变送器的干簧受磁性吸合，把液面位置变化成电信号，通过显示仪表用数字显示液体的实际位置，磁翻板远传变送器从而达到液面的远距离检测和控制。The magnetic float board remote transducer consists of transducer, inserted link, shall be fixed on the magnetic float board fluid level gauge through the clamping band. While the inner floating ball is changing position inside the magnetic float board fluid level gauge, because of the magnetic effect, the dry reed of magnetic float board remote transducer shall be attracted by the magnetism and transform the fluid level into electric signal, to show the actual fluid level in figure through the display instrument, then the magnetic float board remote transducer shall achieve the target for remote measurement and control on the fluid level.
