大鼠白介素6(IL-6)ELISA试剂盒技术规格
工作原理本试剂盒采用的是双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附检测技术(ELISA)。测定样品中大鼠白介素6水平。向预先包被了抗大鼠白介素6抗体的酶标孔中,加入标准品和样本,温育后,加入生物素标记的抗白介素6抗体。再与HRP标记的链霉亲和素结合,形成免疫复合物,再经过温育和洗涤,去除未结合的酶,然后加入显色底物TMB,产生蓝色,并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。最后,在450 nm处测定反应孔样品吸光度(OD)值,样本中的大鼠白介素6浓度与OD值成正比,通过绘制标准曲线计算出样本中大鼠白介素6的浓度。
Purpose This assay employs the Sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique.Determine the level of Rat IL-6(Interleukin 6)in the sample.Add standard and sample to the microplate that have been pre-coated with Anti-Rat IL-6(Interleukin 6)antibody.After incubation,add Biotin-conjugated anti-Rat IL-6(Interleukin 6)antibody.It is then combined with HRP-conjugated streptavidin to form an immune complex,then incubated and washed to remove unbound enzyme,and then added to the chromogenic substrate TMB to produce a blue color,and converted to the final yellow under the action of acid.Finally,the absorbance(OD)value was measured at 450 nm.The concentration of Rat IL-6(Interleukin 6)in the sample was proportional to the OD value.The concentration of Rat IL-6(Interleukin 6)in the sample can be calculated by drawing a standard curve.

Recovery A known concentration of the target protein was added to 5 samples which were diluted to different multiples,and a recovery experiment was performed to obtain a recovery range and an average recovery rate.
