11月18-19日，SIMAXAT参加了2021（十三届）传感器与MEMS产业化技术国际研讨会（暨成果展），简称“MEMS国际会议”。我们展示了MicroMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE150, PicoMaster ATE200, PicoMaster XF ATE500 等系列亚微米激光直写光刻设备。我们和与会的MEMS产业链上下游的各知名企业、投资机构、科研院所、高校、政府机构及行业协会等就亚微米激光直写光刻技术在传感器与MEMS的应用进行了深入有效地讨论和交流。许多参观者对我们的激光直写光刻设备和技术表示浓厚的兴趣。SIMAXAT participated in the 13th International Conference on Commercialization of the Transducers & MEMS 2021 on 18-19th, November 2021 in Xiamen Fujian. We showed a series of submicron laser direct writing lithography equipment such as MicroMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE150, PicoMaster ATE200, PpicoMaster XF ATE500, and so on.
