特征特性：革兰氏阳性，杆菌，0.8～1.2μm×1.8～8.0μm。常呈V形排列端圆，但没有丝状体。生长过程中，杆状断裂成小球状，直径0.6～ 1.0μm。单个、成对排列，不规则的堆状。在LB 培养基上生长时,菌落都呈圆形，隆起，表面光滑，湿润，边缘整齐，菌落为乳白色变成乳黄色、不透明的圆形凸起，培养48 h后菌落的直径为2 mm～3 mm，最适生长温度为30℃，生长的pH范围很宽，最适pH为PH7.0。

具体用途：15ppm的菲的降解率为50%。
