背景说明: C1q R1 is also known as CD93, collectin receptor, and AA4 antigen, belongs to the Group XIV C-Type lectin family which play a role not only in cell–cell adhesion processes but also in host defence. All of them contain a C-type lectin domain, a series of epidermal growth factor like domains (EGF), a highly glycosylated mucin-like domain, a unique transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic tail. C1q R1 has also been identified as a hematopoietic stem cell marker.

形态: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM PB, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2.

储存/保存方法: Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
