Raman System Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the installation, maintenance and relevant service work of Ramanand combinational (Raman-AFM, Raman-SNOM) systems nation-wide.

1. Take charge of technical support tothe customers, includinge system installations and maintenance;

2. Give systemdemonstrations for customers, ensure the system is maintained in good working condition;

3. Provide customers with phone call, online and &email support and software & hardware operation trainings;

4. Upgrade the systems installed;

5. Collect and feedback information orofproblems from customers, submit service reports as required;

6. Maintain and update customer database;

7. Take an active part in company product seminars and meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Acquainted with the theory and operation principle of Raman systems;

2. Have a strong optical background. Be familiar with beam path testingand alignmentand adjusting, repair common breakdown independently;

3. Strong hands-on skills, having experiences on maintaining or operating a Raman system is preferred;

4. Strong abilities of spoken and written in English, especially of reading and following instructions ofspecialized documentsand communicating technical issues withEnglishspoken foreigners (ie at the headquarters);

5. Good at communication and working effectively under pressure, excellent time management skill, abilities of onsite problem-solving, self-motivated learning and team working;

6. Be in good condition of health. Ability to travel frequently or at short notice.

主要职责：

负责全国范围内拉曼光谱及其联用（Raman-AFM, Raman-SNOM）系统的安装、故障维修和相关售后工作。

1、 负责客户售后技术支持工作，包括设备的安装及维修。

2、 为客户演示产品操作，保证演示设备的正常运行。

3、 为客户提供在线、电话及E-mail服务支持，对客户开展仪器产品的软硬件操作培训。

4、 对已安装设备进行升级维护。

5、 收集并反馈客户提出的问题，定期提交售后服务报告。

6、 维护并更新客户信息库。

7、 积极参与公司相关技术研讨会和产品展示会。

岗位要求：

1、 了解拉曼光谱仪的相关结构及工作原理，具备相关应用知识。

2、 具备较强的光学背景，熟悉光路调试，可以独立修复常见故障。

3、 年龄不限，动手能力强，具备一定维修工作或设备使用的实际经验更佳。

4、 有较强的英文听说读写能力，能用英语无障碍沟通技术问题，较强的专业资料阅读能力和现场解决问题的能力。

5、 善于与人交流，具备良好的时间管理能力、工作抗压能力以及主动学习和团队合作的精神。

6、 身体健康，能适应频繁出差

专业要求：物理/化学/材料/光电等相关专业，并具备光学系统调试经验
