保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 This gene encodes a ligand-activated transcription factor involved in the regulation of biological responses to planar aromatic hydrocarbons. This receptor has been shown to regulate xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes such as cytochrome P450. Its ligands included a variety of aromatic hydrocarbons

Function : Transcriptional coactivator that specifically associates with either OCT1 or OCT2. It boosts the OCT1 mediated promoter activity and to a lesser extent, that of OCT2. It has no intrinsic DNA-binding activity. It recognizes the POU domains of OCT1 and OCT2. It is essential for the response of B-cells to antigens and required for the formation of germinal centers.

Subcellular Location : Nucleus.

Tissue Specificity : B-cell specific.

B细胞特异性转录因子抗体Post-translational modifications : Ubiquitinated; mediated by SIAH1 or SIAH2 and leading to its subsequent proteasomal degradation (Probable).

DISEASE : Note=A chromosomal aberration involving POU2AF1/OBF1 may be a cause of a form of B-cell leukemia. Translocation t(3;11)(q27;q23) with BCL6.
