细胞中的黑点，是经常有的事情，并不是细胞不够好，也不是灭菌技术部过关，有些是细胞本身带的，环境有的，还有人身上带进细胞间的，还有就是血清和培养基，主要分以下几种情况：
第一种情况：如果人肺细胞；HLF-a小黑点有增殖趋势，则有可能是细菌、真菌或支原体污染，需要处理。
第二种情况：如果小黑点没有增殖趋势，且不影响细胞生长，也不影响实验的话，则可能有以下情况：
1）是“黑胶虫”，2）是核糖体，也可能是杂质3）是细胞碎片，或血清中的里德沉淀析出，在做布朗运动。
处理细胞黑点的一些好的意见：
换好一点的血清(我觉着和血清的关系不大)；如果是贴壁细胞的话，可用无菌的PBS洗几次，可一定程度上缓解。若是悬浮的话，就不太好处理，可以向其中少加一点滋养细胞(从小鼠腹腔内取的巨噬细胞，这种细胞不分裂，过一阵就死掉了，做抗体杂交瘤融合的同志肯定知道)。加滋养细胞对有黑胶虫的刚复苏的细胞很有效！还有就是实验环境要注意好，保持细胞间整个环境的洁净度；换用进口的一次性塑料培养瓶；建议清理无菌室所有物品，人肺细胞；HLF-a重新灭菌，用KMnO4熏蒸，按首次使用无菌室做，细胞重新复苏；在换液前先加入生理盐水并轻轻拍打，冲洗干净后再加入培养液，坚持天天洗，传代时加生理盐水再离心一次，接种密度稍大一些，一段时间后，虫子就会大大减少，对细胞的生长也不会有大的影响；有材料称minocycline具有一定的作用，可以和换液结合起来使用。
