保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Tissue Specificity : Expressed in the skin and respiratory tract.

Similarity : Belongs to the beta-defensin family. LAP/TAP subfamily.

防御素在人体中广泛分布的，目前已知的α－防御素有6种，研究人员从人体的肾脏、气管、鼻粘膜与唾液中也发现了两种β防御素，在许多器官的上皮细胞与非上皮组织的细胞中发现了β－防御素。

Defensin β2在维持肌体天然免疫功能、介导炎症反应以及调节特异性免疫中的作用引起人们的重视，防御素的表达与病原体的入侵紧密相关。

【存储要求】连续使用时4°C存储，保质期六个月；防御素β2抗体期存储时建议分装为10ul以上小包装-20°C存储，并避免反复冻融，保质期一年。
