用途Application Summary

▲实时检测吹膜薄膜的表面疵点，如鱼眼、污点、杂质、破洞、斑块、条纹等。

Detect and analyze defects on blow film surfaces in real-time. Examples include fish-eye, stain, impurity, hole, spots, plaque, strip,etc.

▲薄膜材质可以是PP、PE、PVC 或其它树酯膜。

Applicable film material include PP,PE,PVC or any other resin based film.

▲对透明薄膜的检测，是本系统的特点所在，但也可以检测其它不透明膜。

The unique system is designed for transparent film detection, but it can also be used to detect defects in opaque film.

适用标准Applicable Standards

GB6595-86、ASTM 3351-93、GB/T 4611-2008、GB/T 11115-2009，or any

standard, depending on film or resin material.
