瞬时信号记录器和波形数字转换器(简称为模数转换器)都是实现同一功能的产品的名称。差异主要在于不同的科学团体及不同应用领域的习惯,我们更倾向于波形数字转换器的名称。波形数字转换器的工作原理相当于一个存储示波器---记录预定时间内的信号形状。主要应用于科学研究、实验室测量、医疗设备、光谱学、雷达、激光声学等等。
基于PCI接口的M2i系列新品是新一代8位、16位分辨率的波形数字转换器,取样频率范围可从200KS/S到200MS/S。标准的板载16MB内存可扩展到4GB。使用PCI接口可以实现115MB的传输速率以及长时间高精度的快信号的连续记录和数据转换。
用户可以通过简单易学的SBencch(支持WINDOWS 和 LINUX系统)来实现对硬件的控制,该产品可提供基于图形和文本编程的驱动程序如LabVIEW,Agilent VEE or DASYLab等。
M2i系列卡使得板卡应用范围大大提高:环型缓冲模式,FIFO 方式,多重记录,门采样,时间标记,ABA 模式(双重时间基础),基本的XIO (改进的触发器),星插孔(可结合和同步16 块板子),外在时钟I/O,参考时钟, 特殊时钟选择(额外石英摆动器),外在触发器I/O,模拟触发器,改进的模式触发器,尖锋信号触发器(倾斜)...
