MHV-2000SC型自动图像处理数显显微硬度计是电脑微机自动测量系统与硬度试验计相结合的具有先进水平的硬度试验机。该机实用性强，操作便捷，测量精度高。最大限度减少了人为误差和避免了操作者的视觉疲劳。该机的出现，使显微硬度测量起了一个质的飞跃。

    该电脑微机自动测量系统可选配MHV-2000；HV-1000；HV-50；HV-10等型号硬度计。

其技术性能有以下特点：

采用高分辨率图像采集装置将压痕清晰的显示在电脑屏幕上。

图像清晰度：&400线。

支持PAL线NTSC彩色/黑白两种视频输入。

通过软件对信号的转换，自动测量出试验压痕的硬度值。

可以对显微维氏、克努普、渗碳层、氮化层等进行试验。

硬度值可以进行多种形式的自动转换。

对压痕图像可以进行对比度、光亮度等的调节。

对于光洁度不够好的试样所得的压痕可以进行边缘检测操作。     压痕可以2x、3x、4x的放大，以便更好的测量出试验值。

对图像文件和数据文件可以分别作打开、存储、打印等处理。

能随时查看数据文件和图像文件，数据文件采用表格和曲线的形式打印。
