Work scope:
- Support the team and independently complete daily financial accounting work, including SAP postings, employee reimbursement checking, issue tax invoices, complete dunning procedures, e-banking, etc.
- Assist Department Manager in completing monthly closing and draft financial statements.
- Assist Department Manager in completing monthly and annual tax declarations.
- Assist Department Manager in completing annual audit work (external and internal).
- Maintain and coordinate good relationship with banks, tax authority, audit firm. Assist in completing requirements of various government departments.
- Support in regular communication with the Group Controlling department in headquarters, e.g. evaluate implementation of new/changed headquarter requirements, manage handling of differences between Group and Chinese accounting standards, work on special FI-related projects, etc.

Education and experiences:
- University/college degree in a Finance-related field.
- At least 10 years solid experience in Finance department of a multi-national company, ideally in goods trading industry or sales subsidiary.
- Experience to balance and manage requirements of different stakeholders, e.g. local authorities, local management, headquarter, team, related departments.
- Team management experience and willingness to gradually take over management responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting qualification certificate.
- Fluency in English.
- IT-system capabilities (SAP FI, MS Office).
- Strong sense of responsibility. Be careful and rigorous in work.
- Independent thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and cross-department communication skill and teamwork awareness.
