R&D and Production Company was founded in October 1991 as a joint stock company with limited liability by a team of research staff members of the world famous Vavilov State Optical Institute and the Positron Corporation. Presently, the Lumex key personnel are scientists, engineers, and designers who came from St. Petersburg State University, Technological Institute, State Institute of Applied Chemistry, and from other leading R&D institutions of Russian Academy of Sciences and industrial companies.
Lumex Instruments develops and distributes throughout the world a wide range of laboratory equipment, automatic analytical instruments and supplies, laboratory apparatus,labware, lab equipment.
