中国光学学会

2008年11月21-23日，中国光学学会2008年度学术年会在福建省泉州市华侨大学隆重召开。中国光学学会理事长周炳琨院士、副理事长徐至展院士、中科院半导体研究所王启明院士等1200多名专家学者与会。 中国光学泰斗王大珩先生和母国光院士担任本届大会的名誉主席，中国光学学会理事长周炳琨院士担任大会主席，学会副理事长徐至展院士、科技部副部长兼中国光学学会副理事长曹健林、中国光学学会常务理事王启明院士担任大会副主席。 共有来自全国各地的光学研究人员、工程师、学生等1200余人参加了本次大会，大会共收到投稿1000余篇。本次大会除主会场外，还设了工程光学和光学制造、生物医学光学、光电技术与系统等18个分会场供参会人员进行学术交流。同时大会还专设了光电产品展示区，供光电产品厂家进行产品展示与业务交流。 11月21日的开幕式分两个部分进行。第一部分是领导讲话和颁奖表彰仪式，福建省、泉州市以及华侨大学的领导分别介绍了本地区情况及科技发展态势，并对会议召开表示热烈祝贺。中国光学学会秘书长倪国强主持了颁奖表彰仪式，南京理工大学高志山教授与浙江大学童利民教授分享了2008年度王大珩光学中青年科技奖。上海光机所周军等30位作者获得了“大珩杯”光学期刊优秀论文奖励。大会对中国光学学会和上海光机所共同主办的《光谱学与光谱分析》《红外与毫米波》和英文期刊Chinese Optics Letters进行了表彰，对英文期刊Chinese Optics Letters自创刊以来取得的显著成绩，尤其是对创刊仅4年就被国际重要检索机构SCI收录表示充分肯定。 王大珩院士在视频讲话中对大会的胜利召开表示祝贺，并提出了三项建议：一，建立中国光学科技馆，推动中国光学研究及科学普及工作；二，应中国科协的要求，编写中国光学学史；三，开展光学名词术语审定工作，出版光学名词术语词典。其中，建立中国光学科技馆的倡议已得到了温家宝总理的批复，目前国家发改委已提请北京、上海、吉林、湖北和四川等地区的相关单位开始了前期的调研准备工作。母国光院士在会上作了题为“王老是我们的骄傲与榜样”的视频发言。 在第二部分的大会报告中，国际著名傅里叶光学专家Goodman教授、徐至展院士、岳涛研究员、赵葆常研究员、余金中研究员等光学专家分别作了《散斑光学理论与应用新领域》、《超强超短激光科学与技术》、《空间光学遥感技术的发展与展望》、《探月光学》、《硅基光子学和光电子集成》的大会主题演讲。 本次大会由中国光学学会主办，华侨大学、泉州市人民政府与福建省光学学会承办，国家自然科学基金委信息科学部、集成光电子学国家重点实验室等单位协办。会议优秀论文将由《光学学报》《中国激光》《光子学报》《中国激光医学杂志》正式出版。

2013年度美国光学学会会士名单日前发布，中国科大三位校友当选，他们是夏铁军、张永航、李学龙。此次新晋的72位会士中包括9位华裔，科大共有三位校友当选，位列国内高校首位。 美国光学学会成立于1916年，是世界上光学和光学影像处理领域权威的国际性学术组织之一，学会每年都会在国际范围内通过严格的程序，从该领域遴选优秀学者为会士。

日前，中国光学学会公布了2023年度中国光学学会科技创新奖评选结果。据介绍，为激励我国在光学、光学工程学科及其相关学科领域做出突出贡献的科技工作者，促进我国光学事业发展和人才培养，中国光学学会设立了中国光学学会科技创新奖，以下简称“科技创新奖”。科技创新奖下设4个子奖项，分别为：郭光灿光学奖、自然科学奖、技术发明奖、科技进步奖。2023年度科技创新奖由单位或专家推荐申报，经评选委员会通信评议和会议复评审定，共评选出一等奖10项，二等奖16项，名单如下。

7月29至31日，2023年中国光学学会学术大会在武汉召开，会上颁发了2022年度中国光学学会科技奖。由中国科学院西安光机所姚保利研究员团队、西安电子科技大学郜鹏教授团队合作完成的《高精度定量相位显微成像方法研究》荣获基础研究类三等奖。此次西安光机所获奖项目围绕定量相位显微成像方法中的基础科学问题开展研究，对提高测量精度和稳定性、提高横向空间分辨率、扩大纵向无包裹测量范围、抑制相干噪声、实现图像自动调焦等方面开展了深入系统的研究，形成了高精度定量相位显微成像为核心的理论和技术体系。 相位分布是光波除强度分布之外的另一重要特性，直接影响聚焦光斑的三维分布、光学成像的空间分辨率，也直接关联物体三维形貌或透明物体厚度/折射率分布。然而，光波的相位分布无法直接采用普通的成像器件来探测。 如何进行高质量的相位成像一直是当今光学领域研究的热点。通过对光波的相位进行定量成像和测量，可以对透明物体的三维形貌或折射率分布进行定量测量，在工业检测、生物医学、特殊光束产生、自适应光学成像等领域具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。 　　据悉，中国光学学会科技奖由中国光学学会设立，该奖旨在鼓励在光学、光学工程学科及其相关学科领域有突出贡献的科技工作者，并促进我国光学的发展和人才培养。凭借高学术水平的候选成果及严格公正的评审机制，中国光学学会科技奖公信力和影响力极高，广受业界认可。 2022年度中国光学学会科技奖评选活动根据《中国光学学会光学科技奖评选条例》，经中国光学学会光学科技奖评审委员会初评和复评、评审结果公示、中国光学学会理事长批准，基础研究类和应用成果类共评选出一等奖4项、二等奖5项、三等奖2项。

日前，在美国圣荷赛召开的美国光学学会年会上，南开大学信息技术科学学院副院长、长江学者特聘教授袁小聪因光学涡旋光束在光学操纵、传感和成像，以及径向偏振光束激发表面等离子体共振传感和显微成像领域的贡献，当选为美国光学学会会士(OSA Fellow)。颁奖仪式将在美国光学学会2010年年会上举行。 　　成立于1916年的美国光学学会是世界光学领域的权威学术组织，拥有来自95个国家的15000余名个人会员，学会创办的《光学快报》等多个专业学术期刊均为光学领域的国际权威学术刊物。美国光学学会对会士的挑选有多项审核要求，包括与光学相关的发表论文记录、在光学领域取得的成绩以及领导能力等。此前，美国光学学会在中国大陆地区仅有11位会士。 　　袁小聪的主要研究方向为微/纳米光学，曾多次在国际光学工程学会和美国光学学会年会上作微光学、光学显微成像与传感、光镊等方面的邀请报告，现已发表SCI(科学引文索引)收录的论文120余篇。因其在微/纳米光学领域的突出贡献，袁小聪还曾于2005年当选为光学领域的另一权威学术组织——国际光学工程学会会士(SPIE Fellow)。

近日，美国光学学会会士(OSA Fellow)2015年度新当选名单发布。本年度全球共有76名科学家当选，其中5位来自中国大陆。分别是中科院上海光机所李儒新、华中科技大学骆清铭、电子科技大学饶云江、浙江大学童利民和北京理工大学王涌天。 　　据OSA网站介绍，2001年至今中国大陆仅12位科学家入选OSA Fellow，OSA建会以来中国大陆共有18位科学家入选OSA Fellow。 　　美国光学学会(OSA)成立于1916年，是世界光学领域权威的国际性学术组织。OSA Fellow是美国光学学会授予该领域专家的最高学术荣誉，其遴选程序非常严格，最终入选OSA Fellow的会员必须&ldquo 对光学的进展做出重大贡献&rdquo 。

近日，美国光学学会(Optical Society of America) 举行仪式，为新当选的54位美国光学学会会士(Fellow)颁发证书。浙江大学教授何赛灵因其在光子晶体、平面光波导器件和新型人工电磁介质等微纳光子学上的创造性工作，而成为其中一员。他也是这些新会士中，唯一一位在中国大陆工作的学者。 何赛灵，1992年初获瑞典皇家工学院工学博士学位，先后任瑞典皇家工学院助理教授、副教授和教授。1999年被教育部聘为“长江学者奖励计划”首批特聘教授而创立浙江大学光及电磁波研究中心，并任瑞典皇家工学院—浙江大学光子联合研究中心首席科学家，科技部973重大基础研究项目“新型人工电磁介质（metamaterials）的理论与应用研究”首席科学家。已发表了300余篇为SCI检索的国际期刊文章，并著有一本国际专著(英国牛津科学出版社， 1998)。 据了解，美国光学学会(OSA)Fellow的挑选有许多要求，其中包括与光学相关的论文发表记录、在光学领域取得的成绩以及领导能力等。在美国光学学会近日发给浙江大学求是新闻网的邮件中有一段美国光学学会主席Rod Alferness的话，他说，“美国光学学会会士代表了该领域最杰出的人士，我很荣幸授予何博士该荣誉，以表彰他的成就。他所发表的论著、在学术上做出的探索工作以及他的奉献精神对我们所有在光学和光子学领域工作的人们产生了积极的影响。”

8月23至26日，由中国光学学会主办的2010年光学学术年会在天津召开。“环境光学技术与应用”专题是首次设置在该学术年会中，会议主席是安徽光机所所长刘文清，该所环境光学中心在此项专题中有近20个学术报告。 　　刘文清应大会邀请作了“环境监测技术需求与发展趋势”的特邀报告，主要从监测技术需求背景、监测技术目前状况和发展趋势几个方面提纲挈领的介绍了该所光学监测仪器的研制和广泛应用以及对环境监测的重要意义。安徽光机所环境光学中心在“环境光学技术与应用”专题中报告了环境光学应用环境光学及环境监测技术，大气光学及大气探测技术，海洋光学、光学遥感及应用几个子课题的研究进展和内容，得到了在座专家学者的热烈掌声，并针对报告内容展开了讨论。 　　年会共设光学材料研究进展与应用、光学计量与测试技术、光学薄膜技术新进展等十八个专题，“环境光学技术与应用”专题首次设置于光学年会中，就得到了相关领域单位和专家学者们的大力支持——共收到投稿七十余篇，到场人员近百人。两天的报告会吸引了许多其他专题的一些老师学生听取报告，座无虚席。 　　本次学术年会，还进行了中国光学学会成立30周年庆祝大会，对光学学会的历史进行了回顾之后颁发了“王大珩光学奖中青年奖”、“王大珩光学奖中学生奖”及“王大珩杯优秀论文奖”。安徽光机所毕业生李宏斌在该所期刊“量子电子学报”中发表的论文以及该所夏慧、张晶晶等的论文都荣获了本次年会颁发的“优秀论文奖”这一殊荣。

仪器信息网讯 2021年2月11日，美国光学学会(OSA)公布2021年OSA奖和奖章的17位获奖者名单。全年，OSA将表彰总共23名获奖者的杰出成就。在今年获奖者中，包含了首批获得Max Born Award、C.E.K. Mees Medal和John Tyndall Award的女性学者。同时，17位获奖者中，浙江大学特聘研究员吴仍茂上榜，并获得OSA Kevin P. 8月17日，2013年全国光学大会在国防科技大学召开。来自全国高等院校、科研院所、企事业单位从事光学及光学工程领域教学、科研、生产等方面的专家学者，围绕光学薄膜技术新进展、瞬态光子学、全息与光学信息处理等19个专题进行探讨交流。中国科学院院士、中国光学学会理事长周炳琨，副省长李友志，国防科大副校长庄钊文，中国科协副主席、湖南省科协主席、中国工程院院士黄伯云等十余名中国科学院、中国工程院院士出席开幕式。 　　据了解，此次会议设立了19个专题分会场，其中第19个专题为中国光学学会和美国光学学会共同举办的光学教育课程专题，这也是全国光学大会首次设置国际合作专题分会场。大会期间，主办方还同期举行了中国光学工程学科发展史工作会议、中国光学名词审定工作会议等学术会议。与会人员围绕光学材料研究进展与应用、光学计量与测试技术等进行了交流，探讨光学科技发展的前沿动态。对促进光学与光学工程领域科技创新和成果转化具有重要意义。开幕式上还举行了&ldquo 王大珩光学奖&rdquo 颁奖仪式，中国科技大学教授李传锋和中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所研究员刘雪明获得中青年科技人员光学奖。

“两弹一星功勋奖章”获得者，中国科学院院士、中国工程院院士，国际宇航科学院院士，著名光学家，我国近代光学工程的重要学术奠基人、开拓者和组织领导者，杰出的战略科学家、教育家王大珩先生，因病于2011年7月21日13时02分在北京逝世，享年96岁。 　　王大珩先生远见卓识，从战略高度上思考并联合其他科学家对国家科学技术发展提出多项重大建议。关于跟踪研究战略性高技术发展的建议，最后成为国家《高技术研究发展计划纲要》(简称“863”计划)，使发展高科技成为实现我国科技现代化的一项重要战略部署。这些建议为国家科技决策发挥了积极作用，产生了深远影响。 　　王大珩先生也是杰出的教育家，他是中国光学、仪器仪表和计量科教事业的奠基人之一。在他领导的研究所以及他创办的院校，为国家培养了一大批科技英才。 　　王大珩先生的学术思想和他对国家光学、仪器、计量科学事业的贡献以及对国家科技发展战略的重大建议等等，都将载入史册。 　　王大珩先生1915年2月26日出生，祖籍江苏吴县。1936年毕业于清华大学物理系。1938年考取“庚款”留学生，在英国伦敦大学帝国理工学院应用光学专业学习，获理学硕士学位。1941-1942年在英国雪菲尔德大学玻璃制造技术系，攻读博士学位。1942-1948年在英国昌司玻璃公司从事光学玻璃研究工作。1948年回国。1949-1951年任大连大学教授，应用物理系主任。1951年到中国科学院工作，1952-1983年在长春从事光学仪器与工程研究，1983年调至中国科学院技术科学部工作。 　　王大珩先生历任中国科学院长春光学精密机械研究所所长，中国科学院长春分院院长，中国科学院技术科学部主任，中国科学院空间科学技术中心主任 解放军总装备部科学技术委员会顾问 长春光学精密机械学院院长，哈尔滨科学技术大学校长 中国科学技术协会副主席，北京市科学技术协会主席，中国光学学会理事长，中国仪器仪表学会理事长，中国计量测试学会理事长，中国高技术产业化研究会理事长等职。 　　王大珩先生1978年10月加入中国共产党。曾当选为中国共产党第十二次全国代表大会代表，全国人民代表大会第三、四、五、六届代表，全国人民政协第三、七届委员。 　　王大珩先生在光学与光学工程研究和组织领导工作中做出了杰出贡献。他主持150工程，领导研制我国第一台靶场装备大型精密光学跟踪电影经纬仪 主持718工程，领导研制我国第一台激光红外电视电影经纬仪和船体变形测量系统，为发展我国的尖端武器做出了杰出贡献。曾荣获国家科技进步特等奖，名列首位 何梁何利基金科学与技术成就奖、国家“两弹一星功勋奖章” 国家“863计划”特殊贡献先进个人称号。　　 　　(左起)王大珩、王淦昌、杨嘉墀、陈芳允　 　　1994年2月，王大珩在基地光测设备前　　 　　蒋筑英在王大珩指导下进行研究工作

日前，由中国光学学会光学测试专委会与中国计量科学研究院(以下简称“中国计量院”)联合主办的第十九届全国光学测试学术交流会在京顺利召开。 第十九届全国光学测试学术交流会合影 　　中国科学院院士、中国科学技术大学教授郭光灿，中国科学院院士、中国科学院南京天文光学技术研究所研究员崔向群，以及中国光学学会光学测试专委会主任委员、研究员郑万国，分别对量子计算、主动光学和激光核聚变的研究创新进行了回顾与展望。 　　中国计量院院长方向研究员应特别邀请以“从国际单位制的演进看坎德拉量子化”为题作大会报告。多名光学测试专家分别围绕大口径SiC反射镜、极高速成像系统、先进光刻量产工艺、微结构显微光学、月球与深空光谱测量，以及基于探测器的新一代光辐射计量基准等前沿技术进行了交流研讨。 中国计量院院长方向研究员作大会报告 　　会议共设光学元件材料、光电器件、光学系统、激光、医用光学与生物光子学、量子计量与测试等7个分会场。累计进行专题学术报告99个，其中中国计量院代表共报告11次。 　　会议邀请了来自南京理工大学、北京理工大学、浙江大学、中科院上海技术物理研究所、中科院空天信息创新研究院、北京计量院等科研院校和企业的300余名专家学者参加，为光学测试领域产学研用等单位提供了高水平交流平台。

p 　　近日，“军民融合科技服务机构推荐名录”编制完成推荐名录旨在落实军民融合发展战略，充分发挥市场机制作用，引导科技服务机构参与军民两用技术转移转化和军民设备设施资源共享。推荐名录设置了供需对接、创业孵化、科技评估、管理咨询和科技投融资5个业务类别。综合考虑申报机构的能力资质，遴选了51家服务热情高、社会信誉好、综合实力强的机构入编推荐名录。推荐名录实行动态管理，不定期评估新申报机构和已入编机构的工作成效情况，并依据评估结果进行更新。编制发布推荐名录将为引导社会力量服务军民融合深度发展探索经验。 /p p 　　其中，科技评估类名录有中国光学工程学会等机构入选。科技评估类的业务范围是：对科技活动及相关责任主体进行专业化评价，考察各类科技活动的必要性、合理性、规范性和有效性，具体服务包括技术解释、技术成熟度评价、技术价值与市场价值评估等。 /p p 　　中国光学工程学会已成立院士咨询评估委员会，打造了一个“技术专家+产业专家+金融专家”三位一体的权威评价体系。技术专家由金国藩、杜祥琬、邬贺铨、包为民、王立军、庄松林、龚惠兴、张广军、吕跃广等60余位两院院士担任组长，同时与科技部专家库、工信部专家库、自然基金委专家库等组成权威“智库” 产业专家由国务院参事、产业咨询专家、上市公司和行业龙头企业负责人等组建的市场分析团队 金融专家则汇集国际投行、咨询公司、律所、智库等各类公司和研究机构专业化人才，拥有各个领域的最高专业资质。 /p
