Columns packed with smaller particles improve resolution and offer better performance.The DNAPac PA200 and PA 200 RS can be operated under denaturing conditions, such as high temperature (up to 85 °C), high-pH eluents (up to pH 12.5), or by the inclusion of chaotropic agents (such as Urea).These columns offer the highest-quality phase stability over a broad pH range, deliver exceptional resolution, and support high-throughput separations.
