岛津天平发展史 1875年，科学精密仪器的开拓者之一岛津制作所在日本京都创立。1918年开始生产顶盘天平和转矩天平，并于1925年在市场上销售平衡杠杆分析天平。自此，不断完善的岛津天平为工业和科研的发展做出了贡献。 在早期，精确称量需有经验的人员进行操作，既费时，又要求有熟练技巧。将试样和小块物质放在悬挂于杠杆的称盘上，通过移动的指针判断读刻度，是艰苦而劳累的工作。 岛津一直致力于解决此类称量工作上的困难，直读分析天平（1948年在日本取得专利）的成功开发标志着称量技术新时代的开始。在L型天平方面，用简便的调节控制盘操作取代了敏感的质量加载工作。为用户节省了三分之二的称量时间，并从此告别了传统的天平时代。 1959年，岛津又增加了采用Roberval机械结构的上载直读天平。以这些仪器制定的标准，在很多顾客的实验室一下沿用至近年。 岛津不断地致力于开发新技术。早在1971年，岛津发布了世界上首台电子天平，数字天平，标志着称量观念的重大转变。称量只须接通天平的电源、放置试样和看显示器。六年后微机应用于电子天平，从而进一步提高了称量性能。紧凑型ED系列在灵敏度、分辩率和稳定性方面均有相当大的改善。岛津一直致力于使顾客满意、深入市场、了解用户需求，并向顾客介绍新技术、新仪器。 1985年的根据温度的全自动校准，1989年的首台整体型质量传感器（OPF，后更名为UniBloc）1993年的高灵敏度AEM-5200微量天平，以及独特的直通视窗功能----完美地满足新世纪的计算机化实验室的要求，这些仅仅是岛津的一部分成就。

大家好，我用的一台岛津AU220的电子天平，开始送到质检局的去检查还是好的，后来拿出来用时，接通电源后显示CHE5-CHE0后就没反映了，一直停在CHE0这个界面，请问这是怎么回事？

一、构造 岛津进口电子分析天平主要由：天平机体、称重舱、天平盘、键板（包括4个键）、液晶显示屏等构成。二、使用方法（1）调平　天平放稳后，转动脚螺旋，使水平气泡在水平指示的红环内；（2）自检　在空载下，天平内部进行自检，显示屏上相继显示CHE3→0，CAL4→0，CAL，END，CAL，OFF；（3）全显示　按“ON／OFF”键，液晶屏进入全显示态；（4）这时再按“ON／OFF’键，液晶屏进入预热状态，有绿色指示灯显示。平时可放置在这个状态。当再启动“ON／OFF”键，又进入全显示状态；（5）清零 按Tare键，液晶屏显示“0”进入待测状态；（6）去皮重清零　将硫酸纸放在天平盘上，再按Tare键清零，液晶屏再显示“0”状态； （7）称样品　将药品放在硫酸纸上，至液晶屏左侧稳定标志“→”出现，读数即为样品重量。小数点前为克单位。如1．234即为1．234克。三、注意事项 （1）本天平为精密仪器。使用时手要洁净干燥。使用的样品、容器及硫酸纸一定要洁净干燥，切勿将药品直接放到天平盘上； （2）不要把水，金属弄到天平盘上； （3）天平严禁靠近磁性物体； （4）天平使用时，不要撞击天平所在桌面，要关上附近的窗户，以防气流影响称重。 （5）无平必须进入预热态方可断电。

今天称量样品时，岛津万分之一电子天平突然变成仅有3位小数，请问是什么原因造成的？应该怎样解决？请指教，先谢谢了。

岛津DTG用多年了，但是最近需要搬家，不知道移动时需要注意那些问题，想锁住天平但是不知道从哪里锁住。

如果用水平泡不在圆圈内的天平（精度为0.01g的工业天平）称样，想问下天平上显示的质量比实际质量偏大还是偏小？

想添购一台DSC，但预算较紧，有人推荐了岛津的一款DSC-60Plu。TA，Mettler-Toledo，和Netzsch的好像听到的比较多，岛津的不太熟悉。请教大侠们，DSC哪个品牌好？或有用岛津的吗？可否分享下使用心得，谢谢!

现有岛津GC2010P一台，因为所检样品稀释过后粘度很大。即便使用完及时清理进样针，针的损耗也比较大。原装的岛津进样针一个四百多。有没有国产可替代的产品。像高鸽什么的。S221-34618
