气相色谱用玻璃衬管Agilent210-3003产品简介：安捷伦的单细径锥分流衬管按照严格的尺寸指标制造，以优化进样口性能，特征是具有最严格的外径、内径、锥形和玻璃毛放置位置的允许误差。为了使用方便和重现性好，衬管有一个定位收口，以限定玻璃毛的位置，特点是始终自定位到推荐的高度。衬管还采用安捷伦的专利脱活技术处理。为什么要更换衬管如果不定期更换衬管或未使用正确的衬管，将出现下列问题：A、峰形变差 B、溶质歧视 C、重现性差 D、样品分解 E、出现鬼峰 F、色谱柱寿命缩短如何避免出现问题应根据以下情况定期更换衬管：1、以前使用的方式 样品的清洁度2、色谱异常性，例如：峰形变化、峰歧视、重现性差、样品热分解、活性分析物反应损失或分解衬管特性讨论衬管体积进样口的作用是将样品准确、重复地引入到气相色谱中。汽化的样品应当与液体样品的组成成份完全一致，并且除非特殊要求，否则样品在注射时应不发生化学变化。升高进样口的温度可以将液体样品汽化为气体，以传输到色谱柱柱头。样品从液体变为气体，其体积变化很大，产生的蒸汽体积足够小，以适应的衬管的体积。如果对衬管来说体积过大，则可能会导致样品反冲或样品损失。两种情况都会降低重现性和灵敏度。反冲还会导致样品并叉污染。较大体积的衬管(如800μl)的特点是内径较大，通常用在进样体积等于或大于1μl的情况。小体积的衬管具有较小的内径，一般用在进样体积较小、快速分析100μm内径色谱柱、气体样品、或使用外部进样装置(如顶空进样器和吹扫捕集器等)时。
