储 存 液    0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.    

保存条件    Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍    Defects in MSH6 are a cause of hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC) (Lynch syndrome). HNPCC is an autosomal, dominantly inherited disease associated with marked increase in cancer susceptibility. It is characterized by a familial predisposition to early onset colorectal carcinoma (crc) and extra-colonic cancers of the gastrointestinal, urological and female reproductive tracts. HNPCC is reported to be the most common form of inherited colorectal cancer in the western world. MSH6 is central to mismatch DNA repair.    

MSH6是DNA错配修复系统的基因组成之一。DNA错配修复系统由hMLH1，hMSH2，hPMS1，hPMS2，hMSH6和hMSH3等基因组成，这套系统的存在，可保证遗传物质的完整性和稳定性，避免遗传物质的突变产生，保证DNA复制的高保真度。
