When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍    Keratins 5, 6 are members of type II keratins family that are specifically expressed in the inner root sheath of hair follicles. The type II cytokeratins consist of basic or neutral proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains coexpressed during differentiation of simple and stratified epithelial tissues. Keratin 18 is memeber of the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 18. Keratin 18, together with its filament partner keratin 8, are perhaps the most commonly found members of the intermediate filament gene family. 细胞角蛋白5&6是高分子量细胞角蛋白，分子量分别为58KDa和56KDa。其表达在皮肤的基底细胞、棘层细胞和部分前列腺基底细胞。主要用于间皮瘤和腺癌的鉴别诊断，并可辅助诊断前列腺良恶性病变。
