Acclaim™ 300 C18 液相色谱柱
使用 Thermo Scientific™ Acclaim™ 300 C18 液相色谱柱，可进行高分离度肽图分析和蛋白质分离。 3μm 超纯硅胶颗粒可降低分析物进入固定相的扩散限值，从而可快速进行分离度分离。 与 5μm 色谱柱填料相比，较小的颗粒支持在更短的色谱柱中增加流速并采用更浅的梯度，从而加快分离速度。
