When performing Vapor Intrusion sampling, all sampling and analysis phases must be handled properly in order to achieve the low blank levels and high analyte recoveries that are hallmarks of canister methods. Here, all wetted surfaces are treated with Silonite, a deactivated ceramic coating. Silonite allows for complete deactivation of canisters and GCMS inlet systems for the best possible recovery of volatile and semivolatile compounds.
