Fixed Focus Lens Adapter

These adapters allow the user to secure an aspheric lens that is mounted in our Ø9mm
threaded lens cells to the output of the Ø11mm threaded fiber optic collimation
packages. The mounted aspheric lens and fiber optic collimation package mount to
the adapter from the same side, providing the appropriate lens orientation.
The AD1109F adapter has internal M11-0.5 and M9-0.5 threads and external SM05
(0.535"-40) threads, providing a convenient way to mount the F220, F230, and F260
collimation packages in our SM05 lens tube systems. Combine the AD1109F with the
SM1A6 adapter to place the F220, F230, and F260 collimation packages in an SM1
threaded lens tube or lens mount.

SM1 Fiber Collimation Package Adapter
The AD family of collimator adapters is designed to mount our fiber
coupling/collimation packages, as well as our large beam collimators, in
SM1 lens tube systems. The collimators are held in place with two
setscrews. All adapters are designed such that the collimators are
aligned with the lens systems' optical axis.

GRIN Fiber Collimator Adapter

The SM1PT GRIN lens holder has been designed to mount our
family of GRIN fiber collimators into the Ø1" SM1 lens tubes. The
mount allows coupling of light from the GRIN lens into a lens tube
system with the optical axis of the GRIN lens aligned to that of the
lens tube. The mount is equipped with a nylon-tipped setscrew to
secure the GRIN collimator in place.

SM05/SM1 Series Fiber Adapters

These adapter allows connectorized fibers to be integrated into the SM1 Series or
SM05 Series Lens Tubes. Common applications include building fiber to free-space
collimators and light-tight coupling to our DET and PDA detector series (see page
928).
